(sweats encouraged) and toiletries,

we recommend you bring the following items:​

yoga mat (if driving or have one that's easy to pack; we will have some on hand too)

water bottle

swim suit and/or wetsuit

running shoes

hiking shoes 

water shoes/flip flops

pants/sweatshirts for outdoor evening activities

rain gear

laundry bag

bug spray

sunscreen

eye mask + ear plugs (if you are a light sleeper)

flashlight
